  • Led primary data collection (276 interviews) from 4 tea gardens in Fatikchhari, Bangladesh, employing rigorous fieldwork methods
  • Participated in 8 Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and 4 Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) to gather qualitative insights from tea garden workers and stakeholders
  • Organized, cleaned, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and research integrity
